Our story

Khau Gully means the eating lane

In India, a khau gully is the street where a city eats: stalls shoulder to shoulder, fryers going, plates handed over a counter. We cook that food in Spring, Texas — chaats, pavs, breads and curries, made to order.

Catering

Feed the whole room

Office lunches, weddings, festivals and family gatherings — with the same separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparation we use in the dining room.
